Liberty Barbell
Youth Powerlifting & Performance Program

Open to: All male and female Junior High & High School student-athletes

 

Program Overview: A strength-based training system designed to elevate athletic performance by developing explosive power, unbreakable core strength, and relentless endurance. Athletes will gain:

  • Superior muscle strength & mental toughness

  • Enhanced speed, agility, and injury resilience

  • Seamless integration with sports like football, basketball, track, wrestling, volleyball, and more

  • Lifelong habits of discipline, goal-setting, and work ethic

 

Training Schedule

  • Days: Monday – Wednesday – Friday (M/W/F)

  • Session Capacity: 24 athletes per session

  • Program Capacity: 50 student-athletes total (enroll early!)

2.) Print, Complete, and Return Health Activity & Waiver form before the first practice.

3.) Look for an email from jleo@liberty-barbell.com confirming exact training time.
